Belt testing is usually scheduled the last Wednesday / Thursday of each month.

It is important for us to stress every student is unique and advance accordingly to the many variables such as age, attention span, attendance, maturity, positive attitude, energy level, memorization of the WCWMA curriculum / life skills, previous experience, ability to realistically apply the training, etc.  Every student has their individual talents, abilities & skills.  One student may be more physically talented while another pays better attention and another is disrespectful to his parents so we advance each student depending on their own abilities.  We do not promise you a WCWMA Black Belt after 2 or 3 years just for coming each week and we don’t just give out belt if you are not ready.   The WCWMA has a reputation of producing some of the top Martial Artists and Black Belts in the Nation and it's up to all of us to focus on and honor this tradition.

We do not guarantee Make Up Testing each month.  If you know you are unable to make it to testing on the scheduled Testing Date due to time conflict with another sport / activity, please wait until the following month to test.

Make Up Tests can be granted if the the following apply:

1. Your student is a beginner rank (White - Gold Belt).
2. If you miss testing due to illness or family emergency.

Make up tests are done either before or after scheduled classes.

Each Lil' Dragon tester is offered 2 testing dates.  If a student misses both testing dates, they will be pushed back to the following month's test.

Please be sure to turn in all testing applications by the Tuesday before the scheduled exam date.  We can not guarantee the proper belt size (or color) for students turning in applications the day of the test.

Late Fees:

Testing applications turned in the day of the test are subjected to a $10.00 late fee.
