Our Lil Dragon's Program

Our Lil Dragon's program is for kids 5 to 8 years old. We teach the basics of our martial arts curriculum in
a supportive and fun atmosphere. We encourage focus and attention to detail, skills that help in the classroom as well. We also work to build good citizens and good character for better communities.

The beginner Dragons learn the basic kicks, punches and stances from our Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai curriculum.

The advanced Dragons start to learn applications of our basic techniques through sparring drills and forms.

The Lil' Dragon belt ranks follow the traditional Tae Kwon Do ranks of White Dragon to Black Dragon.

When the student passes the Black Dragon rank they advance to the Junior color belt rank as a Gold Belt.
